Sara Gibbings

Sara is an award-winning producer/director with twenty years of experience in
international production, making hundreds of hours of fascinating stories for broadcasters,
digital channels, streamers, corporate clients and educational organizations.

Sara has always been captivated by good stories and interesting people. Born in Dublin,
raised in the UK, Mexico and Spain, from a young age Sara would interview and shadow tour
guides at archaeological and tourist sites, learning their stories to find her own way to tell
them to unsuspecting visitors; not much has changed!

Sara has produced documentary features, documentary series, studio magazine shows,
music videos, shorts, drama reconstruction, commercials, branded content, podcasts and, most recently, Troy TV’s emerging scripted slate, which champions women writers and directors.

Sara’s previous work includes Channel Producer for four film channels in Spain, as well as
working as a freelance journalist for British, Irish and Spanish publications. She also gives
masterclasses at schools and universities in the UK.

In 2021 Sara was selected for Creative England’s prestigious Female Founders Programme.
