Ann-Marie McCormack

Executive Producer, Director and Writer

Ann-Marie is a factual TV director, writer/director of drama, and a short film producer. She is currently collaborating with Troy TV on a range of factual and scripted projects.

Ann-Marie has written for BBC Doctors series and directed documentaries and drama for ITV, including Mother Me Daughter, starring Oscar-winning actress Brenda Fricker, with Paul McGann. Ann-Marie produced and directed a TV pilot Longwood and several shorts under AmmA Films and Productions, including Pushing Buttons and Hot in Here, which screened at several international festivals in USA, Australia and Ireland.

Ann-Marie is co-producer of the BFI Network short film Hats released in 2022 by Fam Films and has recently directed a variety of showreel scenes for actors. She also works with university students developing short film and scriptwriting projects, as well as interviewing young people for her Tell Me About...Filmed Podcast Series on a range of topical issues. Ann-Marie is a regular presenter on BCfm’s Real Women radio show and an interviewer on the 12 Communities 1 Bristol podcast.  

 

Ann-Marie is Irish, has a Masters in Film and lives happily in Bristol with her family. When she is not working Ann-Marie enjoys spending time with friends, swimming outdoors, cinema, reading and travelling. LinkedIn
